This is an awesome recipe featured on Rachael Ray’s Tasty Travels. Again its a very easy recipe but the flavors are just amazing. It can be a little bit spicy though so if you want to add less of the spicy sausage you can.

Flounder Stuffed with Crabmeat

Other fish that would be good in this recipe would be halibut, trout and grouper.
Serves 5
Stuffing:
1 shallot, minced
1 scallion, minced
1oz butter
1oz flour
4fl oz white wine
4oz heavy cream
7oz king crabmeat, chopped

Trout Amandine

This recipe works with most fish or fillets, and is really superb with soft shelled crabs.

Vegetarian Chili

This chili is fantastic to make. Its quick easy and simple but its got great flavor. This chili can also be served as a filling for burritos or enchiladas. I personally like mine with cornbread!

Corn Muffins

Rice & Beans Mexican Style

Pasta Pomodora
